“Great experience with Marietta Furniture Outlet. While their storefront isn’t super huge, they have online shopping options at their store. Corey, the Store Manager, was very helpful and not too pushy (and very patient). I had a budget I needed to manage too and a quick timeline and have to say that while I didn’t get to touch and feel the furniture beforehand, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality once delivered and set up. Very sturdy, fashionable, and quality pieces for the price. The delivery team was outstanding! They were incredibly professional, patient, friendly, and did a great job with unboxing, setting up the furniture and cleaning up quickly. Wonderful overall experience.”

“After calling quite a few flooring companies trying to match my engineered wood, Omar at Dalton was the most helpful and very nice person to work with. He was very available to answer my calls with questions and came thru as promised. I purchased the floor from them and I also found their price was better than most. “Charles that works at this location in the warehouse section was absolutely wonderful and had great customer service. The managers on the other hand were horrible; they were supposed to call me earlier and I gave them 48 hours and they never called. When I entered the establishment none of them spoke even though me and another customer were there to pick up very expensive items. The people loading the trucks had way better customer service than the managers sitting all day. Please do better. Will be leaving a review with crate and barrel as well for the lack of leadership and professionalism. None the less giving four stars because Charles and the other hard working employees in the ware house were kind and efficient”
“Although great service is becoming as rare as the Dodo bird, Paul's old-school take on client satisfaction is to rant and rave about. This store, located off of SR 280 in Marietta, boasts a large showroom filled with a myriad of mattresses all lined up to try out. Paul's saintly patience came to call when my wife and I tested several mattresses until finding the right one for us. We ended up taking the top-of-the-line mattress. We were even taken back for a quick glimpse of the factory where the magic happens. No failure-prone roll-up mattresses here (like the crappy one we got 6 months ago from Nubba)... just great traditional ones like our parents and grandparents were used to... and fair prices too!”
