I didn’t catch the name of the person I spoke to around 11:40 am today but they were AMAZING. I have been searching for specific size eyelet tools and this was the only Michaels within 45 minutes of me that had all 3 sizes! They filled my online pickup order very fast. Thank you!!!

I'm probably at this store once a week with my kids finding supplies for school or crafting. The staff is pretty nice with helping when needed.

This is my favorite store , so I took a friend there I can not believe she had never been in there before so she says. Any way they were very patient with her and she found just what she needed.
