The moving crew arrived on time and took great care of my belongings. The crew lead, Rob, was professional and kept things moving. I needed to unload some of my belongings in my new home, and also unload a substantial amount to storage. Wirks was able to accommodate this request and Rob and crew did a great job of packing the storage building to maximize the space. None of my belongings were damaged or lost. When it came time to settle the bill, there were no surprises, no hidden charges, no issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Wirks to others without hesitation.”

“Historically, I've not had the best experience with moving companies, but I can give Prodigy Movers a 5-star rating without hesitation. The online booking process was easy and convenient, pricing is fair and competitive, and Nick is very professional and responsive with estimates, scheduling, etc. Communication is excellent and the team arrived on time and got to work right away unloading my moving truck for me. They made moving my giant sectional couch up a flight of stairs and around a tricky corner look easy and there was no damage to the walls or the couch. They are fast, efficient, and careful with moving furniture and belongings. Even though Nick is a Lebron James fan and I'm a loyal MJ fan, I will still recommend him and his company to anyone who is in need of an affordable, hassle-free moving experience ;) Thanks for making the last leg of my move from Florida a breeze!”

“Can not express enough how amazing of an experience we had with AFRM. These guys are absolute professionals and they go out of their way at EVERY turn to look out for you and your belongings, especially the fragile ones. They handled everything with the utmost care while also being insanely quick. Seriously, we could not believe how quickly they packed everything into their truck and then again how quickly they got everything to the correct floor and room at the destination. “These men were very professional, courteous, and careful. They knew exactly how to handle my most fragile items, and they packed them into the truck in what seems like the best possible way. I would happily use them again. They also showed up on time; never kept me waiting at all. And the administrator I spoke to in order to get the move set up in the first place was also very easy to talk to. They clearly know how to take care of their customers.”
“In early February 2022, I searched for a business that either leased or allowed customers to purchase moving crates. I wanted crates instead of regular paper boxes for my move from one apartment to another because you don't have to worry about them busting open and it makes everything neater when packing. My initial phone call to Taggabox didn't go so well because a "Karen" (not her real name, but I'll call her that) answered the phone, got sassy when I attempted to ask her a question, and abruptly hung up on me. I took a deep breath, waited a few minutes later and called back. What a difference a few minutes makes, as a much more pleasant woman answered the phone this time. I rented 25 crates for one week (February 15 - 22, 2022). The total price for renting them was $140.49. They delivered them to the apartment I was moving from and I was impressed with how quickly the delivery guy was able to transport the crates up three flights of stairs to reach my apartment. Along with the crates, Taggabox allowed me to use three small carts with wheels on them that you can use to stack the boxes on and roll them out. Though the boxes were a just a little smaller than I imagined they'd be, they were very sturdy, hard plastic crates, and helped make packing easier. I still had to end up getting some paper boxes in order to finish packing up all of my stuff, but that was okay. I am still pleased with the crates and carts, as they made the moving process more convenient. They were the most valuable tools of the move. The only mild criticism I have of the delivery and pick-up is that both times I had to take a little time off from work so I could be at home when they came by at 10am on a weekday. They picked up the crates and push carts from the address I moved to, but didn't arrive until closer to 11am. But overall, I am impressed with their service and would use them the next time I move.”

“Had a great moving experience with Tomahawk. I picked up my stuff from a pod/freight facility in Conley and the team of 3 moved my things into my Cabbagetown apartment easily. A few things were nicked in the move, but I'm fairly certain that all came from sending my items by freight from Chicago, and not the Tomahawk movers. They were on time, communicative, and very kind about helping me assemble my furniture even though they didn't take it apart originally. Would definitely use them again.”
