This New Balance store provides excellent customer service and experiences. The sales staff is consistently professional, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and patient. They are friendly and accommodating, especially for customers with difficult-to-fit feet. Representatives are skilled in helping to figure out shoe size, models, and the right fit, using innovative tools like a foot scanning machine to assist with selection. The store has a good selection of great quality shoes, and staff can easily order specific sizes from the warehouse if not available in store. Their outstanding service and deep product knowledge make them highly recommendable.

Had such a great experience at this New Balance store! Justin helped me SO much in finding the right fit — he was incredibly patient and made sure I found something comfortable that actually worked for me. You can tell he really knows his stuff! Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

The sales staff is very helpful and even though the size/width we wanted wasn't available, they were able to easily order it from their warehouse. New Balance has a good selection and great quality.
