“I am recently getting back into running and bought a new pair of shoes here a few months back. They mentioned that if I have any issues with them, to bring them back in. I ran in them a couple of times, but they were bothering one of my feet. I came back to the store last week with the shoes in hand, and Chris did a fantastic job of finding a better shoe for me. Chris took the time to try a few shoes with me and examine how I run in them. Then, with extreme patience, he tracked me down in the system (my name was butchered in their system from the original purchase), so he could do an exchange on the shoes without me even having the receipt! I ran in the new shoes for the first time today, and they are night and day difference. I was extremely impressed with Chris' customer service and Big Peach's ability to stand behind the products they sell and make sure you get the right thing!”

“In a world that largely seems to have lost its way as it relates to the art of customer service, High Country Outfitters stands out as an exception. I placed an online order for an Arc'teryx Men's Cerium Vest. My order was received, processed and shipped within a day. When the package arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find my new vest neatly folded and placed in tissue paper in its shipping box, not wadded up in some plastic bag in typical Amazon fashion. As an additional "white glove" touch, they included a nice , hand-signed (by "Bill") Thank You card expressing their appreciation for my order. They even included a High Country sticker just to be nice and maybe for a little free advertising :-) I know... I know... it's not like they came over and washed my car, but it's the thought that counts. This kind of family-business driven "extra yard" effort makes a shop stand out... makes me want to trade with them again in the future, kind of like how I felt after purchasing something from Colonel Littleton and receiving a mini Moonpie in the box with my order. Keep up the awesome work guys. I'm officially a fan from now on.”

I love the service we get and how patient they are when helping us choose the right bike. Also can’t beat free tune ups for life! I was at a nearby business and saw Eric’s Hardcore Tennis and decided to get a racquet strung. I was going to be in the business next door for about an hour and asked him if he could do it right away to preven me having to come back another day. He said of course, had it finished and delivered it to the business for me. He knows his stuff and he is very pleasant. I will be back.”

“We are delighted that we happened to stop in and that Dale Sapecky happened to be working the day we did. Dale helped us determine what we needed to meet our goals. I love a good leg press and he helped steer us to one that has super solid construction and works just like the leg press specific ones in the gym. We also purchased a treadmill and an Inspire FT2. The equipment is superb but and the sales and servicing by Mr. Sapecky has been what we have really appreciated. He has gone above and beyond what I would expect. He worked with us to keep it in their warehouse while our workout room was built and then got it delivered when we needed it. I just can't say enough good things about Mr. Sapecky and Premier Fitness Source (Roswell location).”
