At this location you have to give your ID to the front desk in order use a hand cart which is not ideal. This is the only location I know of that requires this. But other than that, this location is nice, clean and conveniently located for my needs.

I’m happy with my experience at 2307 Canton Rd. The facility is spotless, and the temperature is cool inside. The staff is very helpful —Kylana was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Her customer service was great!

Nadia was working there both times we arrived and she was very attentive, quick and friendly. We really enjoyed our experience at this facility as it was extremely safe/ secured and was well maintained/ clean. We will definitely recommend public storage to friends.
