Public Storage is a trusted self-storage business. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, providing great service. They communicate strongly and make the entire process seamless, quick, and easy from start to finish. The experience is amazing and superb, with staff going out of their way to assist and accommodate requests promptly and with a courteous demeanor. The manager is very knowledgeable and super nice. Customers highly recommend the facility and will refer it to family and friends.
Our unit still had the company locks on there when we arrived on the weekend and the office was closed. Luckily, we had our paperwork with the phone numbers to call and someone was able to assist us with the combination to the locks. Other than that I would’ve gave them a five star.
