I received three separate phone calls from three different representatives but was able to speak to one of them, which was Tyler. He was very nice, friendly, customer service oriented, answered my questions and was professional. I appreciate the fact that they all called me to assure me that if I had questions or concerns that I could follow up with them and welcomed me to Cubesmart as a new customer. Excellent Customer Service from all three representatives!

Cornelius, just as the name would suggest, upon entering Cubesmart Windy Hill, I was greeted by a sophisticated and professional gentleman who went out of his way to accommodate each and every request I asked of him promptly and with a courteous demeanor. Definitely a superb experience!!
