Publix Pharmacy at Sope Creek Crossing is generally appreciated for its friendly staff and clean, well-stocked store. Many customers find the employees to be helpful and kind, especially noting the good customer service experience at checkout, where staff greet shoppers with a smile. The store is seen as a pleasant shopping environment, especially since it became quieter after the opening of a nearby Kroger. However, some reviews mention inconsistent experiences with pharmacists, with some being pleasant and others less so. A few customers have reported rude behavior from assistants and poor communication. There are concerns about parking issues, particularly illegal parking in wheelchair spots, which are not well enforced. Despite these issues, the store is known for good deals and quality produce. Overall, many customers enjoy shopping there and appreciate the helpful staff, though there is room for improvement in staff training and handling certain customer service aspects.

Some of the pharmacist are pleasant, while others not so much. Some the assistants are quite rude, no communication. It's as if we are a bother to them..

The last 2 prescriptions had no side effects included in the packaging. I have to ask for it now. I guess this is like the Covid vaccine... "informed consent" with search engines blocking 'side effects'. I can ask the guy across the street with the blood clot.
