My sister has cerebral palsy and does not always sit still, yet the PA handled her care with such calmness and compassion. She even gently rubbed her back to help soothe her while listening and examining her, which meant more to us than she probably realizes. Her attentiveness and kindness made the visit much more comfortable for my sister and our family. We are truly grateful for her care.”

“I like this Publix but some things are very expensive and just not as good as at Kroger
Example. The sushi is not as good as at Kroger east lake. The things that are better at Publix are things that aren't good for me like cakes and bread!!”
“Pretty good overall experience. I cash my checks here for only a $4 fee for anything under $1000. It's quicker to go here than it is to go to the money store in the big Walmart. They are usually always open till 8pm unlike the big stores. Half the time the big stores are hit or miss if the money store is even open during their posted hours of operations.”
“What a huge improvement from the previous kroger down the street. The staff are more attentive and friendly. Much bigger and more selections and well organized in comparison to the previous. Good deals and fresh items. In addition there's now a Starbucks inside. Way better than publix”

Pros:
There is hardly ever a wait in line. Prescriptions are filled the same day, even when you don't refill them in advance.
A human being calls you if an order hasn't been picked up before it's put back.
No waiting endlessly on hold when you have to call them.
A human being calls you if the doctor’s office hasn't promptly responded to their refill renewal request.
Med prices are too high everywhere but this Walmart’s staff will voluntarily look up other options to get you the lowest price possible.
Cons:
NOTHING. Absolutely nothing.
I love this pharmacy and actually look forward to picking scripts up now.

“I walked in there thinking I had a vaccination appointment there but it was the one down the street. The entire pharmacy staff was so friendly and courteous. They told me it was no problem and took the initiative to transfer all three of my vaccinations. There was a mix up because another person with the same name in a different state received one of the vaccines I needed. They cleared it up in a timely manner. During this time, I can hear the staff in the drive thru provided excellent service and it just brightened my day. The front counter staff was stocking the shelves at the time but was still paying attention to the customers to ensure they are assisted.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for a year. If they are super busy, like anywhere I need to eait my turn to have my prescription filled. I always let them know I will be waiting in the store or if I am at the bench and have never had an issue with receiving my prescription. Everyone is kind, professional and helpful. Are they stressed at times, yes, doesn't everyone get this way at times? They always appear to be doing there best when I am there. The most important thing to me is getting the correct prescription within a resonable time and that is what I experience. Thank you to you all for your dedication to your customers.”

“This Kroger is pretty good, I have a hard time adjusting to new stores and this one is laid out quite well.
Sometimes the self checkout is a pain, but the attendants are close by and sweep in to help. I'm glad Kroger finally upgraded to tap-to-pay\NFC payments.
I'm not sure why this Kroger is always lit about as well as a roadside bodega in Costa Rica, which is too say, poorly. Makes the place feel dingy and seedy.
Just a thought, Publix is well lit and isn't depressing, sounds weird but it's definitely a thing. And y'all don't have Jeremy.”
