I scheduled my Biometric Screening back on 10/10/24, to take place on 02/07/25 @ 8:40am. I arrived early because of other back-to-back appointments. Your electronic kiosk would not allow me to check-in, stating I did not have an appointment that day. I, along with others, sat in reception, hearing staff laughng and cutting up in the lab & noone attending to the front desk. Finally, after knocking loudly after my apointment time had passed, staff finally came out to help. Was then made to feel like the inability to login on the kiosk was somehow my fault. Two others there by mistake (were meant to be at LabCorp in same building) were treated less than respectful. Once in the lab, my phlebotomist was professional, but conversation continued between her & other staff about one of the other people who had been tehre by mistake. Very unprofessional!

The ladies at this location are top notch and wonderful every time we go there. We will continue to come back to this location just to make sure we are able to be taken care of by them.

My experience here today was incredible. I am generally very anxious about needles/getting my blood drawn. HOWEVER, Janay/Janae (spelling may be off) was the best - very sweet, straight to business, and an excellent phlebotomist. I barely felt a thing even though my tests required 5-6 vials. I will request her specifically for all future bloodwork if I can - seriously. Whoever is in charge, give this woman recognition/a raise like now!

My visit to the Quest Diagnostic center was excellent. I was early for my appointment time. I was called shortly after I registered. The young lady was very thorough and friendly.

I was able to schedule and confirm an appt online for 11/29, drove 30+ mins to the location (as they are one of few Quest locations open today) only to find that the office was closed.

Great place so far, have no complains. As far as basic blood tests go, it’s been an extremely easy and pleasant process. I’m in, I’m out. The staff are respectful, skilled, and well-mannered. What else can you ask for? I’d have to reccomend this place as a solid one to get your tests done.

I went to the office in Marietta GA.
The office was extremely hard to find, and the employees said that everyone says that all of the time. The waiting room was extremely dirty, disgusting actually. Dust and dirt on the walls, the blinds, and the hand sanitizer station; the station needed to be sanitized. The door to the back didn't have a door handle, just a big hole, also, the door didn't close all of the way. While I was waiting, I watched one of the phlebotomists licking her fingers. I waiting almost 20 minutes past my appointment while I was the only person in the waiting room. Once I got to the back to have my blood drawn, I had a hard time with the phlebotomist. I have a standing order from my doctor but I brought a printed copy with me. They paper said right on it "monthly standing order. Start: 7/18/24 End: 11/18/24" The woman said that I don't have a standing order and that I need to speak to my doctor. I've never had a problem so I asked her if this was just this location. She finally looked at the paper and saw that I live in Florida. She said that the systems in Florida are completely different than Georgia. She had some difficulty drawing my blood.

I had a disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. The office was dirty and felt completely unsanitary, which is especially concerning for a medical facility. The floors and waiting area looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and it made me question how they handle hygiene in the back areas. On top of that, the staff lacked basic etiquette—unprofessional and dismissive, making the whole experience even more uncomfortable. It’s unacceptable for a healthcare environment to be this unclean and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Fast friendly efficient professional service! Beautiful environment too and well spaced out. Had moved my appointment here after terrible experience at the Quest lab in Stockbridge yesterday. So glad I did.

First time going to this Quest location and was very frustrated with my experience. I went back with the phlebotomist and from the moment I sat down she had an attitude with me. There was confusion what labs I had purchased and she literally rolled her eyes at me and raised her voice when she didn’t like the way I answered the question. She was struggling finding a vein and when she did, my blood wasn’t being collected in the tube so she decided to swirl the needle while in my arm to make the blood flow…. I have been getting blood drawn several times a year for years and have never experienced something like that. I have also never bruised like this after getting drawn. My whole arm is sore and painful. This picture isn’t even 12 after I gave blood.
Only gave 2 stars because the online scheduling was easy and the wait went quickly.
