Phone number doesn't work at pumps so I can't get my rewards for gas, and even though I'm Tier5 racetrac rewards they still always try to charge me for my drink.
I only stop at this racetrac as a last resort.
What's the point of a rewards program if I can't get points, and you still charge me for my fountain drink which is supposed to be FREE.

This is a terrible racetrack avoid if you can. I have to for a company thing but Printers never work. I have been going inside for over a year to get receipts. The pumps never work right. And I don't mean bag over the handle out of gas. I'm looking at a disconnected hose from the pump just laying on the ground. The washers are either gross or ripped off the walls. They either force you to put in loyalty info and if you hit no, it asks anyway and you can't pump gas. This is too nice an area for such a terrible gas station. Especially when there is a rebuilt lovely QuickTrip across the street.

Pumps are always a problem. Card readers don’t work. Quick trip is across the street. Go there. Much better all around. Too much to list.

This place used to be my favorite gas station, as of late it has went downhill fast. The line is almost always backed up to the door to checkout and it’s not because there’s not enough employees working there, when you go to checkout it’s almost always 1 person running the cash register, 2-3 other employees just standing there talking, not doing anything. Come on RaceTrac get it together, take some pride in your workplace. It’s always clean and the staff are always nice but it should never - never take over 10 minutes to checkout and this isn’t a one time deal, this is the way it’s been for almost 6 months now - we’re is the manager? I have never wrote a bad review but this is ridiculous. Someone from management needs to just drop in and see how it’s being ran because this is a high traffic area and I can’t tell you how many times Iv stood in line and listened to people complain about just checking out - with other employees standing there - hate to write a bad review but I hope this helps this business!!

They’re not 24 hr, someone needs to report their employees for locking the doors for hours at a time when they’re just walking around inside. I’ve been there multiple days in a row around 11-2am and the same lady locks the door, other people that walked up to the door with me said the same thing, these 1-2 ladies lock the doors for no reason for hours and they’re just pacing inside.

Location is extremely dirty and don’t plan to visit after 10pm. They lock up and refuse to answer the assistance call box. I simply needed to a receipt for my fuel purchase and the employee working inside waved at me to go away. Highly encourage anyone stopping in to go to QT across the street.

Associate literally fought with my kid over ice she was trying to pay for. Told her they don't take coins and to go dump out the ice... acting like top flight security over some ice when we come in there and spend way more and had the decency to pay for it. Go to QT across the street.

Couldn't give me a gas receipt, either at the pump or at the register (required by law). I have a business account and need to keep receipts. We will be getting our gas from somewhere else in the future.
