“I went in to mail a letter. Tamara was about to ring me up for postage cost. Then she said the machine wasn’t working properly and opened her personal wallet to give me a stamp she had at no charge. I felt bad taking her stamp but she insisted. What a kind person and phenomenal customer service. Thanks again Tamara!”

“This location is amazing. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write reviews. The people that work there are super efficient and friendly every single time. I've been to this location tons of times and I don't know what people in the other reviews are honestly complaining about. Anyone that has a problem, go use the UPS in Kennesaw Old 41 location and you'll appreciate how friendly, efficient, quick and professional this location is - especially in a time now where decent service just sucks everywhere. I think it's family run. There's rarely a wait even with a lot of customers in there, they get the job done and are really nice.”

I had an exceptional experience at my local UPS store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The customer service here is truly top-notch. The team went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs, offering suggestions to ensure my package was securely packed and shipped.
What stood out the most was how patient and knowledgeable Vince was when answering all my questions. He took the time to explain the different shipping options, making sure I understood the entire process. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but the level of care and attention he provided made me feel valued as a customer.

I came in and I needed to find 34 tracking numbers and Beverly went above and beyond to help me get the packages and not just only get the packages but help me load them into the car and break down the boxes.
