“RXO Delivery did an outstanding job delivering and installing our new LG refrigerator and dishwasher. right on time. The crew was extremely professional and took care of everything from start to finish. They carefully hauled away our old appliances and waited patiently to clean up the space before putting the new ones in place. Both the refrigerator and dishwasher were installed in perfect condition with zero issues. The delivery team was friendly, polite, and very respectful of our home. “I’ve reviewed them in the past, and they still get 5 stars today. I’ve lived all over Georgia and Florida, this is the best UPS Store out of all I have used. They are always fast, polite, and knowledgable. Even during the Christmas rush, they keep the lines moving. I’m in there at least 2-3 times a month, and get the same great service every visit. Skip USPS and go to this UPS Store.”

“The lady who helped my mother and i was nice. However, what i needed to do was not explained by the first guy who initially started the person. The guy who i expressed to that i was lost.My issue is: I did not know i had options to create a label ( costs differ based on if you print label yourself vs the store helping). After, i paid, I was told i could have saved almost 50 percent ( and the options i had) had i create the label and print it myself. Something i was trying to do on the app, and asked for help initially. Even after expressing i needed help to figure things out. I would have given them 3 starts, but the lady who finished helping my mother and I was so pleasant and funny. We had such a good attitude and personality. So she saved this rating.”

“I was in a pinch and needed to print off some documents. I sent online and find my local staples and was able to submit an order - easy button to the rescue! I was greeted at the pickup station and given prompt service for my very tiny print job. So I get home and realize I forgot to print off another order. Doh! I end up submitted a same day order for printing off some docs for my realtor. Easy button again to the rescue! All in all I made too trips in one day. I haven't been in a staples for years. But the store was really nice and organized and inexpensive for printing only 24 cents per page. Check this spot out for office supply and printing needs.”

“I visited this facility after learning a time sensitive package was delayed and wouldn't be delivered until the following week. Ms. Beverly completely saved the day. She went out of her way to search the warehouse in 90+ degree Georgia heat, digging through boxes just to find my shipment so I could have it on time. She absolutely did not have to do that, but her willingness to go above and beyond for a single package was incredible. Thank you again, Ms. Beverly!!”
