I am writing to formally express my concerns and dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience I had with Snapbox Storage and your partner company, “Go Store It.”
In May 2025, I visited the Snapbox Storage property to make a payment on my storage unit. Unfortunately, the door was locked, and due to travel obligations, I was unable to return in person. I attempted to make a payment over the phone, but the number provided, (770) 637-8869, consistently routed me to a restricted line, making it impossible to complete the payment remotely.
Upon returning to town, I visited the Marietta location only to find that a lien had been placed on my unit. This was deeply concerning, as my attempts to make a payment occurred prior to the lien being assessed. When I spoke with a kiosk representative at the Marietta site, I was informed that while they could waive a late fee, any action regarding the lien would need to be addressed directly with “Go Store It.” I was given a contact number and made several attempts to call, but I received no response. I also left multiple voicemails with my updated phone number (as my previous phone was damaged, resulting in lost access to my email and other forms of contact). Despite these efforts, I did not receive a return call.
Eventually, I received a call in early June 2025 from an employee named Charity. At first, she appeared understanding, acknowledging that the company had been short-staffed. However, the tone of the conversation quickly turned unprofessional. Despite my efforts to clearly explain the situation including my prior calls, voicemails, and issues with communication she spoke over me, was dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me.
Charity stated that the lien fee could not be waived as it was mandated by the state. This contradicts what I was told by the kiosk representative, who said that given my circumstances, the lien fee could potentially be waived and that if he had the authority, he would have done so. He advised me to wait until I had spoken with someone from the company directly before making a payment, so that the issue could be resolved in full.
After finally receiving a call from the company, I was told that not only would the lien fee remain, but that a new late fee had been added as of that day and it, too, would not be waived. I was told this was due to the account still being overdue, despite my repeated and documented efforts to contact the company and resolve the issue.
Adding to my frustration, I have been unable to locate a corporate contact number online to escalate this matter. I feel that I have been treated unfairly and that my attempts to communicate in good faith were ignored. I also find it unacceptable that a customer service representative would hang up on a customer without resolution or further assistance. If Charity is known to treat other customers in a similar manner, I respectfully suggest that she not be assigned to customer-facing roles.
I am still seeking a resolution to this issue. Specifically, I am requesting that the lien fee and any additional late fees added due to lack of timely communication from the company be reviewed and considered for removal. I made every reasonable attempt to update my contact information, reach out, and resolve the matter, and I believe that should be taken into account.

Well I have never experience a storage facility like this, was so easy and the customer service was on point, the lady was so helpful. When I was going in the gate to my storage. It was clean and I had no complaints and so glad about price. I will let other people know about this company. Then I met some other tenants that were pleased with the storage unit. Thank you for amazing place to put my belongings at.

I was able to get my problem solved in a funny and healthy way. LAURA WAS THAT PERAON FOR ME! I loved how we could laugh at anything and still get business done. Would highly recommend she get a raise 👏🙌 if not you are jealous of greatness!

Nicole the manager is very helpful and friendly - from the start to whenever I see her - while loading my things into the unit. Thanks! Plus she's a dog lover. My golden loves her.A very smooth easy process to rent out a storage unit. The entire building inside out is very clean and looks brand new. Seems very safe and secure. Kevin (I think that's his name) the other admin staff is very nice too. Glad I chose this business.
