I needed to move out or get a smaller storage, didn't need it but there helped me out by downsizing m e to a smaller store without a hitch. I really appreciate the gesture and patience of the rep walking through the process...I also gor a monthly special to go with that. Thanks for all the help.

I want to say that it is a very interesting place to store your belongings. Since it’s virtual, don’t be surprised to be interacting with virtual live person. I assure you, it’s definitely safer and offers a unique experience at the same time. Overall, my experience was excellent. Great customer service.
