I really enjoy the spin, strength training and yoga. Each class brings a new challenge and keeps it interesting.

Excellent program and instructors that provides 3 back-to-back 20 minute sessions that target the entire body! Blending spinning followed by strength training and then the yoga finale session to stretch and wind down is the perfect one hour work-out!
