MONEY THIEVES!! & LIARS!!
Every check I deposit comes with a hold. Never able to cash a check either. App doesn’t track spend ing promptly so I end up in negative somehow. Very inconvenient bank. For someone who runs a business and has family, my family and customers get screwed big time every time up to weeks because I can’t work with my money

The worst group of customer service I have ever met in my life. I have been up here 3 times in the past month and on TWO occasions, they transcribed the address wrong for my transactions and wiring. One guy said the other guy did the wrong address so he canceled and ordered a new one. Two weeks later the card shows up, apparently it was the right address. So i try to make a payment today and it says "account inactive". I have been waiting for permanent card for a month. Otw to the bank for a fourth time.

I was met with exceptional customer service from Markus who is such a ray of sunshine and was beyond helpful!! I happened to be in the area and needed a temp card issued as I had fraud reported on my account. He was more than happy to assist and truly went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t be any more pleased!! Thank you so much!!!

This bank is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend anyone use this bank for any reason. I have a business account with his bank and in the rare instance, I have a dispute, they automatically denied the dispute. The dispute process is absolutely horrible and until this changes, our review the same. You have been warned.

This Atm was installed a few years ago and is consistently worse than the one they replaced causing me to insert every single bill one at a time and it accepts 40 bills instead of the previous 50. In addition, my loan advisor, when asked specifically about paying the loan with a credit card to get points on the card, told me that would be fine. $200 of charges for kickbacks (with zero alerts about the chargeback) later and no one wants to do anything about it at the bank telling me to call the loan department instead of being physically in the same bank that I received my loan. Go to another bank or use a credit union, at least they tell you why they steal a $5 maintenance and give you *some* types of benefits. This bank will reject you for a loan with a 763 revolving credit.

Ridiculous ! I walked in at 9 AM and all I needed was a withdrawal and it literally took 13 minutes to get a withdrawal! Ridiculous!

I think it's silly to leave reviews for a bank but there's no reason for this one to be as low as it is. I assume people generally only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience, which skews the metrics. I came in to change the name on my account and see if I could deposit checks with the wrong last name and was immediately helped by a very friendly teller.

I had an account with Suntrust and BBT they are now calling themselves Truist I went through Bank Fraud and identity theft on my accounts, they closed the account and promise to send me my money but I never received my money through the mail.
When I went back to see why I was told that they couldn't access my account anymore it had been too long. Unbelievable! Stay woke fam
What should I do about getting my money? Accounts don't just disappears!

ATM will never let you deposit money 90% of the time and seems like they decided to not fix it and it specifically says that you can't deposit money anymore. Which is 50% of the purpose of having an ATM. Please fix it.

I've been with Truist since 2007. They put a hold on my paycheck for 10 days because I made the deposit into the ATM which I always do since establishing my account. The check was flagged as "uncollectible" which is a fraud alert. This is the first hold I have ever had placed on my account. My employer's accounting department verified that the check in question was paid to Truist the same evening as the deposit. Truist has used my money for 10 full days before it will be accessible to me and returned several items and charged me NSF fees. I have been assured all NSF fees will be credited back to my account however that remains to be seen. This account will be closed as soon as I can get all my automatic deposits and payments transferred to my new checking account. Do not open an account with them! When showing them proof that the check was paid their representatives dodge all questions and regurgitate their robotic responses. Oh but they did offer me $25 for all of the difficulties they created for me and my husband.

I WAS HAppy with Suntrust bank In the last 15 years In the last week I discovered fraud in 2 of Truists bank ChaistIn rd and Sandy Plains Fraud of my credit basic jnfo Out of the suddent the computers don t work there are not able to sed the vard I am applying fori don t have the right to.have a catd wkth no interest They don t understand balance transfer APR even if i keept lots of money.i. their accoumt forat least 15 yearsI They are working wkth tellers ias specialist Tbey don t have a clue TIme for IRS and Business bureau If you are mot black emough yo are ot welcome People worming there don t.have a n working visa Yhe managers don t have e mail.address to contact them
