Customer service is terrible. I waited 25 minutes to make a cash deposit from the drive thru window with only 1 customer inside- no excuse

I’ve been banking with Truist since I was 16. I have never experienced any type of racial profiling in my entire life. Gilliam is the guy who made that happened to me today. Do not come in here for anything. The worst bank I’ve been too!
