I had a few accounts with Truist I went in to open a CD. I was greeted by a banker named Elijah. It is hard to find people that have a head on his shoulders like he does. He was polite and informative as I’m brand new to the concept of CDs.

Today I stopped by here and tried to get my refinance approved. Kristie Koch, the banker, she is professional and works very hard. She spent her time to go through every steps of the application and make sure things get done and approved. I highly recommend her!!
