I went in to mail a letter. Tamara was about to ring me up for postage cost. Then she said the machine wasn’t working properly and opened her personal wallet to give me a stamp she had at no charge. Tamara Scott & staff were excellent and resposive by phone and in person when I had a lengthy drawn out situation with an item being shipped back to a seller for a refund...
