“I put on a surprise birthday party for my wife and it was amazing. Located near the Marietta Square, the venue is spacious and quaint. We had about 60 people but the event space can hold up to around 200. I’m not an event planner but Debra, the event coordinator there, was super helpful with planning a magical evening for our family and friends. She helped us out with the floor plan and catering suggestions. They have a full kitchen in the back if needed. They also have a bar where you can serve alcohol as long as you have a licensed bartender. If you don’t have one, they can help find you one for reasonable fee. March Madness was going on and they had TVs that you could cast to watch the games. The sound system was pretty nice and easy to hook up to via Bluetooth. You’re also allowed to bring games if you have kids at your event. We brought board games and a cornhole set. It was a very memorable night. I highly recommend this place.”
“No exact word can describe my experience ? We had our wedding here on 11/8/25 and it was so magical. We had Susan Lewis as our coordinator & she was absolutely amazing! I had her as my Day of Coordinator as well because she was worth all the extra fees. She helped create the timeline for the wedding, making sure that everything makes sense to the guests. She made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding!! Any issue or complication was handled by Susan & her staff. I had no ideas that things were happening behind the scenes. I just focused on me and having a good time. She was super responsive via emails and texts. God bless to her!! She truly had my back. The place was very classy & vintage looking which we love & wanted for our wedding. It felt so homey especially when all candles were lit & lights were dimmed. Food was amazing! All of our guests loved it. Not to mention, they offered some table centerpieces which helped a lot. Everything turned out so well & I couldn’t ask for a better experience.”

“Rooms: They are truly one of a kind each has it different theme. Even have a separate apartment with fenced yard for us Furmoms!Safety: To be in Marietta downtown it wasn’t loud, busy, or unsafe.Food & drinks: They offer home cooked breakfast and it’s perfect!Noteworthy details: This place is beautiful. My fiancé and I stayed here while I played in a softball tournament and I was amazed. We had our own apartment and fenced in area for my 2 fur babies. What I found noteworthy is that it’s also a wedding venue and you can rent the entire Bed and Breakfast out for your wedding!”

“Beautiful Grounds for weddings and events , planning my wedding here now and the staff is soooo helpfull their the best prices in the area with fair house rules for events as well the least restrictions on outside catering. Their kitchen is so close to a mansions kitchen with a beautiful island 2 giant ovens a huge fridge and the only event space i found with a dishwasher. Plan your wedding or even birthday party here .”

“Pricing to me, is too high. $11.99 on Sunday evenings and I own all my equipment, would cost more if I didn't have my own bowling shoes... Bowling lanes are nice, scoring equipment is up to par but not the newest bowling tech out these days. Good food and drinking area. Staff is nice and professional. Pro shop has knowledge related equipment. Still one of my favorite places to bowl because of the nice lanes...”

“Great location and clean and quiet rooms! The AC is amazing as well!! I do think it only runs when you’re actually inside the rooms though so don’t expect to come back to an icebox. Mini mart is definitely overpriced. They do have alcohol and wine. But a snickers being $5 is crazy lol. I will say this, not sure of her name, but the one lady at the front desk SHOULD NOT BE IN SERVICE. She’s so uncaring and nonchalant. The permanent “don’t talk to me, I hate it here” look on her face is insane. Our entire stay she was like this. You could say thank you for something and she wouldn’t respond, you could ask for an extra pillow and she’d walk off, go get it, hand it to you and not say a word. She’s get reason for my 4/5 rating.”
