The Kick back in the evening is a welcome site after a day of travel. The breakfast is also very good.
The only negatives are, the in room air conditioner is loud and the rooms could use some updating.”

“I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and while the hotel itself was average, Jazz, the manager, was exceptional. She was so attentive from the start—she followed up on my early check-in request, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and even remembered my name at checkout. Her kindness made all the difference. Thank you, Jazz, for going above and beyond!”

“Great spot to get a quality room for a fair price. Good folks, quiet motel, good hot water in showers. Microwaves and fridges in rooms. Family type establishment with a low-key and relaxed vibe. It's tucked back behind other businesses in a secluded area with plenty of parking. Clean rooms every time, mattresses are good and not old or lumpy”

“We traveled all the way from Dallas, Texas, and to be greeted with Hope in the afternoon was a wonderful experience!!! Front desk agent Hope was in amazing addition to this hotel. She is so friendly so down to earth and willing to go above and beyond to help the guest and that’s exactly what you need at your hotel you rock Hope.!!!”

“Great location and clean and quiet rooms! The AC is amazing as well!! I do think it only runs when you’re actually inside the rooms though so don’t expect to come back to an icebox. Mini mart is definitely overpriced. They do have alcohol and wine. But a snickers being $5 is crazy lol. I will say this, not sure of her name, but the one lady at the front desk SHOULD NOT BE IN SERVICE. She’s so uncaring and nonchalant. The permanent “don’t talk to me, I hate it here” look on her face is insane. Our entire stay she was like this. You could say thank you for something and she wouldn’t respond, you could ask for an extra pillow and she’d walk off, go get it, hand it to you and not say a word. She’s get reason for my 4/5 rating.”

“Conveniently located near the KSU campus. This is a nicely recycled property. I stayed for business. I found all that I needed. Restaurants are located within walking distance.”

“Very clean! The lobby was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly! The coffee was hot and fresh. Our room amd the bathroom was very clean. Plenty of towels. The bathtub and shower had a new liner. The TV was nice and haf lots of channels including local channels. The beds wete super comfy and we got 3 pillows each! We all slept like a rock because the beds were so comfortable and the hotel is extremely quiet! We saw the cleaning carts as we were checking out and they are serious and use lots of cleaning methods. We loved having the QT across the street for gas and snacks! Very convenient to Braves stadium. Yes our room needed a paint job, but no worries for us. Absolutely no bugs! My friend was across the hall a had the same experience we did.”

“Decent, i suppose. Stayed three nights in an emergency. Front desk receptionist was very nice and greeted me as i came in, service was swift. TV Was broken when i got into the room, appearing to have numerous lines across the screen making it nigh-impossible to see anything. Wifi is about 82mb/sec, which is great. Neighbor was playing music loudly with door open but at least he had good taste. Woke up the next morning for the breakfast and someone had trashed the elevator completely (See attached). It was cleaned within about 2 hours or so. Vending machine had sodas from the beetlejuice promotion in halloween 2024, but they're basically nonperishable so they were fine. Door flap in the machine got stuck though, so i had to cover my hands in unknown blackish-brown grease to get my soda. Room had a fridge and microwave, didn't have any issues with either. Both worked fine and were clean. lights in the room all functioned and shower had hot water to spare. Shower and bathroom were clean and stocked, though the shower was a tad small in terms of width. The bed was extremely soft, which isn't some people's favorite, but i was a fan. Chair was comfortable and had wheels, and the pillows were clean and soft. Air conditioner functioned with both cool and heat options, though i think its thermometer was slightly off by 2-3 degrees. The tiny coffee/tea machine functioned fine, though i'd have liked more than 2 cups and 1 creamer packet in the room. Curtains close all the way and are completely opaque. sink was clean, as were all the mirrors. Security was good, doors have 2 locks on top of the electronic one, and keycards stay magnetized well. all in all, decent place, but appears to, as of recently, attract some trashy individuals, though that's hardly the fault of the hotel itself.”

“Front desk staff was not particularly friendly, but they were also not rude, etc. Check in was quick and without difficulty.

Room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel overall looked well maintained and the area appeared safe.
Overall a good stay. Would recommend.”

Very quiet and safe, with many people here. Bed was comfortable. Decent pillows. Bathroom was newer than most other hotels. Fridge worked fine. Ac Heat great. TV channels were good. Lots of space. Overall, i think this is one of the best hotels I've been too. Plus Im alone, so that also makes it more peaceful. Good job to whoever runs this place. *applause*

Only thing I wish was better, was the breakfast.”

“I write this as I sit in front of the lobby in my car at 6:30 in the morning. TERRIBLE customer service just absolutely terrible. And disgusting rooms. Literally only stayed because my husband truly had to rest as we had to drive 9 hours today but we asked them if they would be here throughout the night so we could turn in keycard as we planned on leaving as soon as possible and they said yes and here we’ve been for an hour and a half waiting . We did see a sign on a side door saying to use keycard as lobby is closed 11pm-6am but keycard didn’t even work and again here it is 6:38 am and lobby still closed”
