“This review is so incredibly overdue. We’ve been coming here for almost 7 years (45min drive each way) and I can’t imagine taking our baby anywhere else. They really do treat Hank like he is one of their own (I’ve never seen him so comfortable with a vet!) and Dr. Rox’s vast knowledge, decades of experience, and drive for continued education is unmatched. They do as much as they can in-house (dental, mass removal, etc) which my wallet appreciates, and you can tell the entire team is so passionate about what they do, from the vet techs to the front desk! Hank is 11 years old now and receiving the best preventative care a senior dog could get in metro Atlanta! Dr. Rox and her team are so sharp and always patiently answer alllll my questions. They also have great recommendations for specialists when needed. Thank yall for all you do!! Hanks quality of life has improved so much since we started coming here.”

“Going to Windy Hill Veterinary Hospital was a wonderful stress-free experience. Dr. Bryant was very professional, informative, caring and wonderful with handling my dog JJ. He felt totally at ease with her and was never stress out. The technician, Natalie was great with JJ and made him feel very comfortable. A wonderful experience!!!”

“Everyone is so amazing here but especially Dr. Hill who has helped us with all five of our pets (dogs and cats) with a wide variety of things over the last few years. Their care and attention always makes us feel heard and seen. We've had two pups go through orthopedic concerns over the last year and both times, Dr. Hill has take so much time and patience with us. She thoroughly took the time to explain and help us understand what was going on before referring us out to VRSP (another great review but for another day) and worked collaboratively with us the entire process. We've been to many vets over the years, but Apex truly embodies their name.”

“Wonderful staff. They were extremely helpful during the end of life care for my large german shepherd a few years ago. And they have also been great now that I have a new puppy around.”

“As I said I was going to come back and 'spill the beans', my reading review remains a five as I am happy with their boarding service. Since my cat didn't eat like she normally would, I was giving back two cans of food that I brought there for her. Sure, it might seem like a small thing, but I appreciate it nevertheless. At least the employees told me when I called to check on her that Miracle wasn't eating much, not like my "(Christian)neighbors" that lied to me when I had them look after my cat once.”

“Dr. Williams and his staff are the absolute best. I would recommend this vet to anybody. They are so patient, understanding and helpful. They really care here! I have brought two of my fur babies to them so far and had a great experience. I unfortunately had to put my sweet dog to rest today, but it was at no fault of Dr. Williams or the staff and they tried their absolute best to help me, I appreciate them so much. They are reasonably priced compared to other vets and if I could give them 1000 stars I would! Picture of my sweet baby below. Thank you again for everything.”

“I love the energy the Banfield pet Hospital gives . From the time we walk in to pick up. Our Pom is a very anxious and owner protective dog, but you wouldn’t know it after leaving him for his visits and pick up. He is showered with love and safety from the time he’s taken to the back to pick up. Team always has such amazing things to say about his visit. I’m always the one worried and wondering if he was good with the vets. At the beginning of the year My husband was in a car accident on the way to pick up Bear from Banfield; he didn’t make it. A staff member went out of her way to make sure Bear was taking care. While I was at the ER with my husband. Also the office was very sincere and wanted to make sure that my husband was OK not rushing us to make payment that night . Most places and people don’t care. I hate I do t remember the staff members name but we thank you so much. Thank you Banfield team for always taking such good care of our bear over the years.”
