I was told all of my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I paid and left only to find out I was missing one. I went back and was informed the prescription was indeed not filled, not ready, and they had no estimate for when it might be filled or why I was notified that it was ready for pickup. A giant waste of time.

Understaffed and overworked. Walgreens corporate needs to get this fixed. Personally we have moved our stuff to Kroger, and they do a much better job.

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. unfortunately, I have to use Walgreen's with my Mom's insurance. I was notified medicine was ready for pickup, went in and waited in line for 30 minutes to find out it was not...can never speak to a pharmacist by phone...on hold for 45 minutes then call dropped.... issue after... read full comment
