I was told all of my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I paid and left only to find out I was missing one. I went back and was informed the prescription was indeed not filled, not ready, and they had no estimate for when it might be filled or why I was notified that it was ready for pickup. A giant waste of time.

The lady at the register at the pharmacy couldn’t even bother to look up from her phone to acknowledge me. After a few minutes she finally helped me, but they don’t have my medication. This is strange since the Walgreens that recently closed on Johnson ferry had NO ISSUES ordering it for me every month for several years! Guess I’ll go somewhere else other than Walgreens. ? Ughh… I really miss that pharmacy \u0026 the nice staff that worked on the store on Johnson ferry!!!! ???

Understaffed and overworked. Walgreens corporate needs to get this fixed. Personally we have moved our stuff to Kroger, and they do a much better job.

First experience with this pharmacy has been an extreme nightmare. First, they didn’t have any of the three medications called in, so they had to order in. Was promised all would be ready for pickup within 2 days. Fast forward 4+ days, and meds are still not in. Absolutely no updates via text, email or phone call from Walgreens. And… don’t try to call them, you’ll be on hold for 45+ minutes EVERY time, regardless of what day or time it is. How does this Walgreens stay in business?

Goto Kroger. They can't seem to ever fill a prescription on time nor EVWR answer the phone when there are prescription problems. I'd you've got 2 weeks or more to wait for a prescription then shop here. If not, transfer them to Kroger right behind them. Kroger may not have all the hours but at least they'll fill your much needed prescriptions. I've had too ma y problems at Walgreens over the last 4 months. Bye!!!

Used to be great, now they are rude \u0026 slow! The woman today asked for my name and birthdate, then she started saying another patient's name and address to me. HIPAA, anyone??? I told her that was not me, she went silent. I waited 5 minutes in what was beginning to be a long line of cars behind me. Then she came back on and asked for my address. I started to tell her my concern that she'd had another patient's info and not mine, and she rudely said, \"Why would I give you someone else's medication? this is yours\" and I replied \"well, you talked to me like I was someone else and started telling me her personal info.\" I do still like this pharmacy, but if this woman is working the pharmacy I will come back another day. Sunday 7/25/21 4:15 pm - whoever it is needs to GO.

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. unfortunately, I have to use Walgreen's with my Mom's insurance. I was notified medicine was ready for pickup, went in and waited in line for 30 minutes to find out it was not...can never speak to a pharmacist by phone...on hold for 45 minutes then call dropped.... issue after issue

Made an appointment to get the covid booster shot at 7:20. Arrived and pharmacy closed at 7:00. No one giving vaccines or boosters after 7:00.

Something's up w the pharmacy lately. Wait and lines are waaaaaaaay too long. Been that way the last several times I've been now. 30 min wait today just to pickup a script. Time to switch to a mail carrier :-(

Our vet gave our dog a prescription for a new medication. I contacted four different pharmacies, and none of them had the medication in stock, and they all claimed that the medication had been back ordered by the distributor for months. When I contacted the pharmacy at the Walgreens in Marietta, they knew that they could order the medication by changing the manufacturer. I dropped off the prescription on Monday, and they had the medication in stock on Tuesday. The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians were all very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely visit this pharmacy again in the future.
