“I was in this store on 7/29/23 in desperate need of a battery for my truck. The CSR (female whose name completed escaped me) that assisted me went above and beyond. She was not able to help replace my battery but made sure I received help to get this done. I left the store with great appreciation of her willingness to be honest and helpful to an older woman in much need. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the gentleman also working who offered absolutely no help or suggestions, though I realize policies and injuries. His attitude was uncalled for. Thank you again to the lady who did all she could for me!!”

Until I called the nearby advance store. Not only did they have the part, but it was five dollars cheaper than the other places.
