I dealt with another shop previously for a different vehicle, and they took over 7 months and did terrible work. It was a nightmare. Just got new tires and an oil change from Parts City and I couldn't be more impressed. Their team is awesome—super friendly, helpful, and clearly know their stuff. What really blew me away was their local pick-up and drop-off service. I’m in town, so they literally came to get my car, did the work, and brought it back to me at no extra charge. Total game-changer for a busy schedule.

We drove a long ways to get our sons car had broke down on him, our water pump went out on our way to pick his up.
So the closest autoparts was Auto zone.
We pulled up at 8:36 pm.
The Gentleman was very nice and kind, made sure we had everything we need it to fix it. They closed at 9pm. But they stay and cleaned up the store and all of that.
So they were done around the same time it tooked my husband to changed the water pump on the truck.
This Gentleman came back outside to make sure we were ok and provided us with a bag and paper towels.
To him and his staff we thank you so much for your kindness!!!

“I work mobile on vehicles so alot of times I will need parts in a pinch. I called 3 different parts stores and no one had the regulator I needed at that time. Until I called the nearby advance store. Not only did they have the part, but it was five dollars cheaper than the other places. The sales clerks were very thorough with their search as well to make sure it was the correct part the first time. Thank yall so much!”
“I pulled into this place after driving 200 miles. My tire was almost flat. I went in for a tire guage (lost mine) and the female suggested Slime Compact/Slime Jr. (tire inflator) and it has been a lifesaver/gamechanger especially for someone on the road traveling/working. “I bought a new car and within two months I had a small accident. I was sick at myself and after getting a few quotes I decided to go with Jason and Heather at Carnesville Paint and Body. I’m so glad I did. Not only did they take care of me with the price (they were quite a bit cheaper than one of the places I checked with), Jason’s work was amazing. I am a very picky person and just knew that I would be able to tell something was different with the side that was wrecked, I couldn’t find anything that could show it had been wrecked. They also did it in such a timely manner. I didn’t even ask how long it was going to take because I didn’t want them to think I was rushing them. I didn’t expect to get a phone call a few days later that it was ready. I hope to not need any other body work on any of our vehicles but if we do, we will definitely be using them again. Thanks again for helping me out!”
