Huge floor to ceiling bookshelves in an old timey building, replete with gold relief tin ceilings and original wood flooring. Books are extremely well organized by categories, many copies are available signed by the author, and an entire second floor is devoted to children's books & young adult (YA) fiction. The two shopkeepers were incredible warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about the collection. Plus, a ton of books are available for 50% off clearance.

“Absolutely amazing place to stop by. I've been enjoying going there for years for the used books, but I've been buying a lot more of the vintage gaming and pop culture stuff as of late. I was actually trying to think of something to do with my 12 year old nephew. We were about to head to the mall, but then I figured I'd take him here. He loved shopping through the Legos and Funko Pops. I found an AWESOME Lex & Terry (if you remember them) CD there too. I'll definitely keep coming back!”

“A gem considering this is the only Catholic bookstore in the CSRA. Was helped promptly and found exactly what I was looking for. Really taken by the fact that the owner of the store started this out of her car some years back. Knowing that I'd be happy to continue supporting this business and recommend anyone looking for anything Catholic/Christian to shop here.”

“Paul and the Augusta book exchange has been a part of my life since childhood. If you want a local shop that's heart is for comics and it's customers this is the place for you. For all your new books this is a must go place in Augusta. The other shop in town that does new books is a business and that's it. At ABX it's a family and they let you become a part of that. What else could you ask for. Always my first choice for new comics and gaming supplies.”
