“I came in to the store to activate my replacement phone and they notice my phone was outdated and Johnathan and Sky who was Super Nice and Cool checked to see if I was eligible for upgrade and they helped me with the whole process they activated my phone made sure i had my cricket app on phone and HBO Max and showed me how it work and mad sure I had everything on my new phone before I Left they even helped me with Case on phone put it on for me and showed me how to register for the Lifetime Warranty!! “On a road trip back home to Atlanta we stopped here just to window shop. Okay so we did more than window shop. This store was laid out so nicely. Home decor central. We picked up a couple of odds and ends and had hit Starbucks when one of us discovered they had some Harperiman Dolls. Oh my that was so exciting to see because it's a collection. As we continued to browse the toy section we started scanning toys on the store scanner and the app scanner. Cha Ching!!! Major clearance. No one was in the aisle when we first started discovering the super low prices but soon enough others started gathering in the same aisle. We had so much fun clearance shopping in this store. It was neat, clean and the shelves were not junky. It was definitely a good time.”

“I discovered the cellular data feature on my iPad conveniently stopped working while I was at the airport. Before making my connecting flight I sat on the phone with Verizon's tech support and it was the most frustrating experience ever. Instead of listening to my issue the gentleman insisted on taking me through a series of loosely related troubleshooting actions ( I get it he had to.. it was still frustrating). He then transfers me to a "tier two" tech support member who ended up NOT being tier two and took me through the same exact steps. By this time I had to board my flight home. What does this have to do with the Evans store? When I landed, I drove straight to the Verizon store, explained what was going on to Eric and LITERALLY within 10 minutes I had a new SIM card, a functioning iPad and was back in my vehicle headed home. He was very friendly, helpful and LISTENED! Give that man a raise!”

“This is the best GameStop I've ever been to. Been coming to this location for a couple of years now and I've seen it change. They used to have a massive inventory, but sadly, I think a lot of people are switching to downloadable media rather than physical copies, so I think the foot-traffic has declined quite a bit, so they've had to reduce their inventory. Still the best I've been to though. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's one of my happy places. They still good a selection of collectibles and of course games. The prices are good too. I always recommend to people to always purchase physical games, books, movies, etc because there's always the chance that they'll disappear if some licensing agreement runs out. I hope GameStop stays in business.”

“I came to the Washington Rd Cricket to sign up for the ACP program and upgrade my daughter's phone. Laniah the customer care employee and the manager Ebony were FANTASTIC! Not only did they carefully and patiently assist me with the sign-up process, they made sure my daughter received a new phone and case. Ebony went to great lengths to make sure I was awarded every discount available while Laniah worked on transferring phone data and everything else needed to make sure the new phone was working.
