“HIDDEN GEM i live off Tobacco rd and drove by Totoal Wireless and I seen that they also offer phone repair my front facing camera was cracked and my son's iPhone would not charger we went in the store is very nice great atmosphere Mrs kalay was very helpful she diagnose both phones the pricing was up front she explained everything I dropped the phone off and when I picked up it up I meet Mr.Ben he explained the warranty and let me know if we have any issues to come back he was very nice also great the service they provide is A 1.”

“I came in to the store to activate my replacement phone and they notice my phone was outdated and Johnathan and Sky who was Super Nice and Cool checked to see if I was eligible for upgrade and they helped me with the whole process they activated my phone made sure i had my cricket app on phone and HBO Max and showed me how it work and mad sure I had everything on my new phone before I Left they even helped me with Case on phone put it on for me and showed me how to register for the Lifetime Warranty!! “This only actual AT&T store in Augusta. If I would have went here originally I may have still been a customer. But after dealing what I was told was an actual store but was a reseller. My experience with the 800 customer service and even the fact that local management at the store had to tell the operator and walk them through how to do their job is why I’ve left after 2 days. Shout out to the manager for doing an astounding job. BZ!!”
“I came to the Washington Rd Cricket to sign up for the ACP program and upgrade my daughter's phone. Laniah the customer care employee and the manager Ebony were FANTASTIC! Not only did they carefully and patiently assist me with the sign-up process, they made sure my daughter received a new phone and case. Ebony went to great lengths to make sure I was awarded every discount available while Laniah worked on transferring phone data and everything else needed to make sure the new phone was working. The energy in the store is a great vibe: laughter, respectful, and genuine customer care. All I can say is I'm glad these ladies are here, and this is the go-to store as long as they are here!”
