“My husband lost his cell phone. It had everything in it. He is 72 years old. He went to the store on wrightsboro rd and that woman refused to transfer his phone number to the new phone. We had ALL Our information and pictures we very much needed. She has a 4 ft speaker in there and you can't hear her. She's rude I have personally seen people walk out. We needed to recover many things. She pushed another phone number and had my husband so upset. He is a amputee and had a heart attack a few weeks prior. She did not care how she treated him and pushed the sale. She doesn't belong in sales. We had to have a phone so he was talked into getting another number. This woman has no clue how upset we were. My husband ended up calling customer service. They told Us she could have given him his same number. We lost pictures we needed. Omgawd she's terrible!!.
My husband met Sandra at the Washington Rd store. Now that lady has class. She spent so much time undoing the damage. Sandra is a great person and makes your company shine. That woman spent so much time on the phone, fixing what needed to be done. If the world had more people like Sandra what a wonderful world it would be. Sandra, Thank you We give you 10 stars. When the initial screen I bought to replace my broken one came in damaged from the manufacturer, they very quickly got another one in and fixed my phone with no extra charge. “As a 20+ year customer of Verizon, I've been in and done business with many Verizon stores - corporate and franchisee. I believe this location is a franchisee, but not sure of that. However, I've not ever had a better level of customer service or sales support than I have had at this store in the last couple weeks.

I first traded in for a ZFlip 7 and was very displeased and disappointed with the phone. When I took it back to trade within the 30-day window, I did not have my original box and that was a problem. Daniel, whom I understand is the District Manager, encouraged me to look further for my box and was looking into options if I could not find it. I clearly felt he was on my side. With my wife's help I later found the box and returned to the store, just under an hour from closing. I felt bad that I was being an inconvenience but Daniel never once demonstrated anything but patience and helpfulness. He got me out of there in about 40 minutes and had the process of transferring my many apps already underway.

The whole experience was a great one. I've had my new Pixel 10 Pro for about a week now and love it.

I've had great service in this location before but this one topped them all. Altogether, I worked with 4 team members at this location on swapping phones twice in this instance and in later returning the case I first bought and choosing a new one. As a business owner myself, it's clear to me that superb leadership and ethical business practices at the District Manager level has resulted in a highly-trained and customer-focused team. The two young ladies I met were Aaliyah & Tay, Aaliyah being the one who set my phone up in under 30 mintues and I was out the door! “I am writing a review for the General Manager, Ty. My granddaughter upgraded her phone to the newest IPhone. The phone worked fine for 5 days abs then boom nothing. For almost 2 weeks, she abs her mother was sent back and forth between this store and the Apple store. Also, countless hours with me and her mom on the line with ATT customer service. I went to the store abs asked for the manager. Ty saw the frustration we were going through and observed me on the phone for an hour with customer service in the store. Well, she took the boots by the strap and went to work. Needless to say, my granddaughter walked out of the store with a new phone aggressively hasn't had any problems since.
