He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of technology (new phones, hot spot, etc. and made our entire upgrade process smooth and easy. We upgraded two phones to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and one phone to the iPhone 17 Pro, and Rickey explained everything clearly from start to finish. His positive attitude, professionalism, and patience truly stood out. He moved the line quickly thanks to how skilled and efficient he is with every part of the checkout process. On top of that, he was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely engaged with every customer. You can tell he truly loves his job, and it shows in the way he treats people. Jackson turned what could have been a stressful wait into a great experience. Highly recommend his service!”
“Dairrion is the man! I just bought a brand new ps5 slim model and when I got it home it would not give any hdmi signal. I tried different tvs and different hdmi cords too. Nothing was working. I took everything back up to the store hoping they might be able to help troubleshoot. Well unfortunately their console diagnosis machine was completely out of order at the time. But Dairrion listened and believed me and did a swap for me, so I ended up leaving with a different brand new ps5 slim. This one worked right away when I got home. I really appreciated how understanding he was and that he was willing to immediately help me out. 5 stars for him. Im still a little miffed about Sony's console quality, but then again there is a possibility I was doing something wrong with it but we weren't able to figure that out since he couldn't do a diagnosis. Either way, he got me right as rain in no time and im a happy owner of a new ps5 slim.”
“I discovered the cellular data feature on my iPad conveniently stopped working while I was at the airport. Before making my connecting flight I sat on the phone with Verizon's tech support and it was the most frustrating experience ever. Instead of listening to my issue the gentleman insisted on taking me through a series of loosely related troubleshooting actions ( I get it he had to.. it was still frustrating). He then transfers me to a "tier two" tech support member who ended up NOT being tier two and took me through the same exact steps. By this time I had to board my flight home. What does this have to do with the Evans store? When I landed, I drove straight to the Verizon store, explained what was going on to Eric and LITERALLY within 10 minutes I had a new SIM card, a functioning iPad and was back in my vehicle headed home. He was very friendly, helpful and LISTENED! Give that man a raise!”
“We have used this Walgreens pharmacy since it was built probably around 2010. I like that they have a drive thru and the staff is helpful. Our large family gets our prescriptions here and haven't had any issues. They have ordered prescriptions or components to them for us as well.”
