“This is the second Bass pro shop I have been to. The first one was in Leeds and I immediately noticed a difference. The one in Leeds I think is like a real Bass pro shop that was built as a Bass pro shop. The one in Augusta was converted from a Cabala's. It's weird that I don't know much about the brand but I can tell a big difference. But I'll be honest with you The prices are not that bad. My son and I were in Augusta visiting family for Christmas and we had a good time there so I would definitely recommend it if not just for a place to hang and leasurely shopping.”

“I had a good experience. They do seem a bit under manned because when i went in there was just 1 guy working. At first it was empty but quickly there were 4-5 more customers coming in for all different reasons. I definitely see why they get the complaints about not answering the phone, they do prioritize the costomers in the store, and as someone who took the time to come in and purchase things i appreciate that they prioritize the customer infront of them when we're there.”
