“I had a good experience. They do seem a bit under manned because when i went in there was just 1 guy working. At first it was empty but quickly there were 4-5 more customers coming in for all different reasons. I definitely see why they get the complaints about not answering the phone, they do prioritize the costomers in the store, and as someone who took the time to come in and purchase things i appreciate that they prioritize the customer infront of them when we're there.”

“I had 2 antique guns that I inherited from my dad. I took them there to learn more about them. I don't remember the man's name but he definitely knew his guns. He took 1 look at each and told me exactly what they were.”

“Excellent customer service!!! I purchased a folding chair online and shortly after purchasing it I realized I forgot to enter the discount code. Over the next few minutes she processed my order and credited my account. It was only a few dollars but the gesture and the impact was huge. By the time my transaction was complete I had made two new friends in the customer service department and I felt really good about my purchase and about dealing with Bass Pro Shop. Job well done ladies. Thank you.”

“Second time conducting business with this location. I find Mr. Fishman to be very genial, generous and informative. I absolutely do not understand all the negative, hateful reviews. I will continue to buy from him whenever I can.”

“I have done business with the owner of this store and he is a honest person to work with. There was a miscalculation on one of my purchase and he could have easily kept the extra cash but he pointed out the error to me and gave me the cash back. Very knowledgeable and polite staff as well.”

“The parts I received was not the parts I ordered, but Susan made it right. This is a small company, so they are not always able to respond to emails right away, but have patience and they will take care of you. Good prices. Thanks again”
