“Our home in Augusta was under contract with a closing date on Halloween, -before hurricane Helene decimated the CSRA. Fortunately the house itself was not damaged, the same cannot be said about the yard, deck, firepit & koi pond. After seeing the level of destruction, I personally didn't think there was any possibility of closing on the 31st. The lengths that Terry went to organizing the monumental clean out of debris, filling & grading the yard, plus repairing the fence & railings, were monumental at the very least! And we closed on the 31st. The fact that Terry even rolled up his sleeves and got in there himself to help with the clean up shows his profound commitment to his clients. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him.”
