“I had a great experience with Storage Sense! The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. The process of renting and accessing the unit was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciate the convenient location and easy access hours. Highly recommend Storage Sense to anyone looking for reliable and affordable storage.”
“The staff Erica and Patty have excellent customer service. Erica made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained to me how the rental agreement works. She then showed me the storage units. I am so thankful she showed me the units and suggested to get the controlled storage units and that it was very affordable. I would definitely recommend SRA storage rental facility.”

“I typically do not leave reviews, but Ms. Jess provided very good customer service. On May 18th, I was in search of needing a storage unit. When I arrived I was greeted by Jess with a friendly smile. She was uper helpful at answering all of my questions. I returned the next day and applied. Jess was very patient and humble with me, I had some difficulties when it came to doing my application. The service provided was 💯%/10. Everything was handled professionally and communication was excellent. I appreciate Jess and all her help. Thank you ❤😊”
