“I went in twice today with a money order from my mother, the first time they didn't have the money in the till but my mom was stressing me out about getting it sent off and I had been to 3 different locations, anyways, the woman working at the front was so sweet about it both times I went, I feel bad for forgetting her name already but it started with a K. Anyways, she needs a raise for sure cause she was so kind and compassionate.”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Pam at the Jefferson, GA USPS for her outstanding support. She stepped in during a very challenging situation and truly went above and beyond. Pam was not only kind and patient, but genuinely concerned and persistent in finding a solution. She never gave up, and her dedication made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for her help—thank you so much, Pam!”
