“We bought our first house back in August and it was time for the dreaded vet visit to get my cats shots up to date. They did very well with making me and my cat comfortable with the visit! Very friendly and knowledgeable!”

“I meant to leave a review earlier today, but I just got home. They saw my dog Lexi on super short notice after a series of episodes over the weekend. I have had her for seven years and I was honestly in major confusion about what to do. We monitored her over a weeks time, got a solid log book of what happened and how often seizures where, and I was able to catch a video to send in. We aren’t sure 100% if it’s epilepsy of vestibule disease. However, the entire vets office has been amazing. She is now on medication and since starting, we have had ZERO episodes. Their staff is incredibly sweet. I could hear people while in the waiting room praising my dog and telling her how good she was being and she got plenty of pets and “good girls”. The girl with the different colored eyes at the reception desk was amazing when explaining how to give and when to give medication. If you are having concerns with your baby, bring them here. I am beyond grateful for this vets office. We had such a scary experience out of the blue and they all showed nothing but compassion when I was completely falling apart. I won’t be bringing my animals anywhere else in the fire. Thank you guys so much for being so kind with me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”

“I am so grateful for Dr J.Phillips and his wonderful staff. Are pets are fur children with remarkable souls. Dr Phillips is a very kind and very knowledgeable vet he explains everything . Good Even the badso we can make the right decision for our fur babies. He did two Intense surgery. Scruff had excellent recovery. The staff is very respectful and compassionate. Thank you jacklynn”

“UPDATE: 02/10/22 8week post op appointment! We are alittle sad to not be coming back to Commerce Veterinary Hospital.. our sweet Bruno was cleared from therapy 6WEEKS ahead of schedule. Dr Phillips and the rest of the staff were so incredibly kind to us each time we visited or called! We came 2 and a half hours to see this vet and we are sad because this vet is amazing but incredibly grateful to not be coming back because our boy is HEALED!! WE LOVE YOU STAFF at Commerce Veterinary Hospital!!! ORIGINAL: Our sweet Bruno had surgery at Commerce Veterinary Hospital and we couldn’t be more happy with the facility, faculty, Dr Phillips & Dr Mullins. Everyone is so friendly and informative! We have a personal vet back in Forsyth who we adore & who recommended Dr Phillips to us… we do not live near commerce at all but if we did this is where we would bring our pups! I have not one bad complaint about this Veterinary Practice. Bruno was there for 2 days and as bad as he is i know he was so well taken care of! “We have been taking all our pets to Dr Shannon for years. Lets start with the picturesque setting, a log cabin, nesstled in amoung farms. Next, Dr Shannon herself, my Mother proclaims "they broke the mold when they made Martha Shannon". I concur. She has deveolped a one of a kind animal health care practice with a heart for our animals. I will say,they like any business that grows the way this practice has, they have lost a little of the homey customer service they started with but hey, take good care of my babies at a reasonable price and I am more than satisfied”
