“I was searching for a two bedroom apartment and just my luck I came across Sundance creek here in McDonough ga. Mrs Denise assisted me and I was blown away by her gracious hospitality and lovely attitude. She gave an amazing presentation and because of that I think I’ve found my new place of residence not to mention the apartments was Immaculate.”
“Helen and her team were amazing throughout my stay. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly, and the community stayed quiet and well-kept. Management clearly cares—there was regular pressure-washing and property upkeep. While some residents made things challenging, especially around the trash compactor, Helen’s team stayed on top of it and kept the area clean. I even saw them remove a discarded mattress the same day.
