“Okkkk Google yall made me work for this one.... But please believe the level of customer service is top tier. I called they answered, they didn't leave me on hold long the store rep answered all my questions and then some, I finally make it to the store ...clean, easy to navigate and then there was Alex!!! First of all her makeup was beautiful along with her attitude she helped for the last 20min before the store closed and then got me together at checkout while still actively closing the store. SOOOOO to me a email survey wasn't enough the community should know... Alex deserves her flowers so with that a big thank and I hope the company recognizes her and the amazing service she gives the customers!!!”
“I needed doll eyes to make teddy bear type things. She had a few different sizes, some cute glasses, little couches for the creations to sit on, an assortment of fabrics and things related to fabrics and crafting. I would call to ask if there's something you're needing. The aisles are cramped so just know that going in. Think of it like a giant craft room that could use more shelves.”
