“Okkkk Google yall made me work for this one.... But please believe the level of customer service is top tier. I called they answered, they didn't leave me on hold long the store rep answered all my questions and then some, I finally make it to the store ...clean, easy to navigate and then there was Alex!!! First of all her makeup was beautiful along with her attitude she helped for the last 20min before the store closed and then got me together at checkout while still actively closing the store. SOOOOO to me a email survey wasn't enough the community should know... Alex deserves her flowers so with that a big thank and I hope the company recognizes her and the amazing service she gives the customers!!!”
“Jackson and the owner were a great help to me in my search for some MTG cards. I got a couple chase cards I've been after and even managed to make some trades at 80%, which is competitive from my experience. Jackson even managed to put me on to a few combos for the decks I'm building. Long story short, if you're in the market for some MTG cards or board game staples, I'd definitely recommend this place over several others that didn't seem eager to help or be bothered.”

Had I asked the right questions, I would have gotten a better result. Still, the turnaround was quick, the rate was reasonable, and the customer service was great. I couldn't have asked for more.”
