“On October 3, 2025, my mother came into your shop because her wheel bumper cover was coming apart.
The car had been repaired by the dearlership after an accident several years ago that had been paid by her insurance.
She learned the hardway that the dearler really did not do a good job because they never put new pins into the fender to hold it together.
My mom talked with Red at this shop and could visable see where the pins were missing and she was so scared that the fender would come off. Red offered to fix the fender with some type of automotive glue and she did say that it could not be guaranteed. My mom's experience with D & D was reasurring that there were people who were honest and still cared. Red gave her estimates to repair the fender in two different ways that could be warrenteed. I know my mom was so impressed that she swore that if she ever needed any kind collision work, D&D would be the place she would go. Thank you D&D

“Amazing place… this was my first time here and I just got emissions on 2 cars. The customer service was excellent. And the other employees coming in were friendly and polite. If I ever need some car repairs I found my place. The Lady that checked me in was amazing, she even took the time to listen to me when I told my Daughters car was having some starter problems, that when you turn the car off that it might not crank right back up, I told her it would take a few seconds. And the wait time was not long at all, was in and out”

My family of four, our dog, and I got stranded in the middle of the road in McDonough, GA when our Chrysler Town & Country broke down almost right in front of Will’s shop during a Thanksgiving road trip from Florida. It was a scary moment since we were out of town and didn’t know anyone in the area. Even though the shop was closed, Will took personal and family time to run an initial diagnostic and drove me to the nearest rental car agency—showing real generosity to out-of-towners in need. I’m still working with Will on the most convenient next steps, but the help he provided when we were stranded was truly invaluable.

“I purchased my own set of tires and called them up to mount them ( + balance/alignment) on my 2019 Rav4 LE. My husband has been here several times with his infiniti q50 and told me to give them a try as they are the only people he trusts. We used to live in clayton county and we moved to Henry about 2 years ago and needed to find a new shop ASAP because the customer service over there in clayco was terrible, especially myself being a woman. I called here to make an appointment and Alexis was super kind, patient, and attentive to me and answered all my questions over the phone.
