Excellent customer service! We were greeted upon arrival! Several employees checked on us. Staff took the time to educate my 11 year old and I on ways to get games for his PC.

Front security/greeter gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get his name, but he had shoulder-length locs. Currently, the building is undergoing some construction so so items are in the back, and you have to wait for retrieval.
