I think i was lucky because my appointment was at 9 am, check in at 7 am and got the door right away. They finished loading for me fast, the security guards are nice and helpful. It’s about 3 hrs waiting

Appointment at 1 pm im here for around 4h at the dock with a reefer set at -10 still they didn’t start loading, waste of time diesel and skills and of corse you know how cheap the rates are !!

I checked in at this warehouse yesterday at 5:00 p.m. My appointment was at 8 pm. He called me for the door at 3:00 in the night, early in the morning! I would advise everyone to avoid this place. I had the worst experience with the warehouse. They loaded me the next morning. There were probably 5 or 6 trucks waiting there. Appointments don't matter to them. They'll load the truck when they think it's time, but they took 12-13 hours to load my truck. This warehouse has been the worst experience of my life.

Dont come here can only show up 2 hours early from appt. Been here since 4pm for a6pm appt got called around 8 togo to a door after trucks moves from there driver thats there got his paper work but still has a red light me and him done went up there to see whats going on keep saying theyll change it over an hour now still has a red light
