I feel as though they should have the dressing rooms open to try on being that if i buy i cannot get a full refund but a gift card. I just had a baby and are in between sizes. I also asked two associates and they stated to me that you can return as long as it’s between 14 days. They never mentioned it would be back on a gift card.

I don't shop at clothing stores that don't have fitting rooms. You might as well have a restaurant that doesn't have tables. It just shows that this place is poorly managed by lazy people. They need leadership that cares about customer experience.

I found 6 clothes I wanted to get that was the color tag. I went to ask someone to unlock the dressing rooms to try on these clothes? She said we don’t open the dressing rooms ever. But with tags on and receipt you can bring it back for store credit. I said I live 3 hours away, I’m not going to buy anything I can’t try on. She said you can pull it over your clothes. I said no, I need to complete undress to try on. Not over my clothes. And you can only return it back at this goodwill. NO! Goodwill is over priced, not to be able to try on stuff. Open your stupid dressing rooms.

I've shopped at several goodwill stores, and I have to say this is the worst by far. I've been here 3 times, and it's always the same. The clothing sections are not organized by color like the other stores. There's always clothes on the floor. Those black hangers are the worst. I've never seen anyone on the sales floor working to clean up the messes the lazy customers leave all over the place. Yes, I said customers. They have no respect for this business trying to help their community and uplift people in need. To the manager: Please place more employees on the sales floor to help maintain the products and set an example to the customers who don't care how they leave items for the next person to shop.
