“Excellent staff !! I booked a room on points, because my semi was wrecked, and it was going to take a week to fix. At the same time this happened someone worked at Speedco in Jackson stole my wallet when I mistakenly left it on the front counter. It was 0600 so it had to be an employee. No other customers were around. Needless to say I brought the truck to Freightliner McDonough, and booked a room here. Every single person that I dealt with was EXCELLENT in demeanor. They exhibited the epitome of the definition of the hospitality industry. Rooms were ultra clean, and comfortable, quiet, and made resting in a very stressful situation easy. I want to make sure that Stefani stands out for her supervisors. She is a very kind, and empathic person, and deserves special recognition for helping a stressed out traveler in need. God bless you girl. The good Lord knows what you did, and I sincerely appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Excellent location, tons of food, can't ask for a better stay.”

“The front desk member T was very welcoming and provided great customer service. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend. The location is great as it’s near a lot of stores but it also did not have a lot of traffic so it gave a more secluded, hidden gem feel as there wasn’t a lot of people in and out like most hotels. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my liking and in order for me to have a great nights rest, the room has to be super cold. Unfortunately, the room unit doesn’t circulate well at night unless you’re moving around, out of the bed or near the unit but my stay was still great overall. The breakfast options were bagels, toast, eggs, bananas, tangerines, sausage (pork maybe, wish they had chicken or turkey options), yogurt, oatmeal, grits, waffles, French toast sticks, biscuits, cereal, pastries, breakfast juice ect.”

“I had a great stay at Ramada by Wyndham. The price was great, clean comfortable room and bed, exceptional maid service, free parking was a plus and a small continental breakfast along with coffee and tea available throughout the entire day. Great location with many stores within walking distance. My only concern was the small parking lot. There were always available parking in the morning; however, I stayed out late one night and had a problem getting a spot when I returned because a large box truck was parked horizontally and took up 4 spots.”

“Top notch service. Front desk was so nice and hospitable. I love that this hotel has Day Use services. I found them on the Day Use app. We stayed in the suite which overlooks the pool and it was comfortable and very clean. I did not hear a peep out of any other guest. The suite has a balcony as well. Will definitely book again. Nice little staycation!”

“Nice hotel, I only have one complaint. I touch room 318 and the bed is very close to the air and does not let the air pass for the whole room. For the rest, the room is super clean.
