“The front desk member T was very welcoming and provided great customer service. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend. The location is great as it’s near a lot of stores but it also did not have a lot of traffic so it gave a more secluded, hidden gem feel as there wasn’t a lot of people in and out like most hotels. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my liking and in order for me to have a great nights rest, the room has to be super cold. Unfortunately, the room unit doesn’t circulate well at night unless you’re moving around, out of the bed or near the unit but my stay was still great overall. The breakfast options were bagels, toast, eggs, bananas, tangerines, sausage (pork maybe, wish they had chicken or turkey options), yogurt, oatmeal, grits, waffles, French toast sticks, biscuits, cereal, pastries, breakfast juice ect.”

“Top notch service. Front desk was so nice and hospitable. I love that this hotel has Day Use services. I found them on the Day Use app. We stayed in the suite which overlooks the pool and it was comfortable and very clean. I did not hear a peep out of any other guest. The suite has a balcony as well. Will definitely book again. Nice little staycation!”

“Front lobby service was good the ladies nice and attentive.
Breakfast typical continental lacking flavor and choice. Coffee was ok.
Indoor pool was nice and warm open until 10pm
Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, curtains and walls could use a renovation but that could have been just our room
Shower needs more water pressure hard to wash off with such low pressure. Parking is ample and free.”

“I'm giving it a four star because they had loud live music playing pretty much the whole time during my stay and they start playing it early in the morning as early as 8 am! The music woke me up and to top it all off the music is awful and sounds depressing lol. Other than that it was an ok place for the price.”

“It seems to be going through an update, but the people doing the plumbing, well, aren't doing a great job. The feed line from the toilet wasn't secured, and just punched through a rough cut hole in the wallpaper. My shower was leaking down the wall because the spout pipe wasn't tightened. I tightened it myself, but it still wasn't caulked, so it moved all around when the shower was on.
The bathroom counter they installed is an odd choice. Its maybe half the depth of a traditional bathroom counter, so if you're a person who has a lot of bathroom things, you might be keeping them in your luggage.
The shower door wasn't swt right, so it just randomly rolls open.
The room door isn't aligned right, so the deadbolt hits the striker plate and can't lock.
When they asked how my stay was going, I let them know about these things, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I just wanted them to know they might want to do a little quality control with their construction crew. So these issues might be remedied by now.
Regarding the hotel staff, location, etc. that was all great, and what you'd expect from any Hilton property, and Id definitely stay there again”

“Nice place but some of the people who work at the windows very nasty and unprofessional ure in the united states learn what the word nice and smile means or it will hurt ure business in the future and learn how to lower ure prices during the weekdays and weekends!!!!”

Sara at the front desk is amazing when I first came in she greeted me with great hospitality she is very friendly I love her the smile on her face defines her you can tell to take to her job and her responsibilities. “I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping did an outstanding job—my room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and clean. The bathroom was also immaculate, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxing.
I appreciated the great selection of TV channels for winding down in the evenings, and the location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance! There were plenty of food options nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy different cuisines without needing transportation.

“Excellent staff !! I booked a room on points, because my semi was wrecked, and it was going to take a week to fix. At the same time this happened someone worked at Speedco in Jackson stole my wallet when I mistakenly left it on the front counter. It was 0600 so it had to be an employee. No other customers were around.
Needless to say I brought the truck to Freightliner McDonough, and booked a room here. Every single person that I dealt with was EXCELLENT in demeanor. They exhibited the epitome of the definition of the hospitality industry. Rooms were ultra clean, and comfortable, quiet, and made resting in a very stressful situation easy.
I want to make sure that Stefani stands out for her supervisors. She is a very kind, and empathic person, and deserves special recognition for helping a stressed out traveler in need. God bless you girl. The good Lord knows what you did, and I sincerely appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
