“We just spent the night on our way to our home to Florida. We chose Drury Morrow because of its close proximity to I-75 and being pet friendly (we have 2 kitties). I cannot say enough good about this place. We were greeted with smiles, the room was spacious and clean, and they feed you very well with free hot breakfast AND dinner! We mentioned the A/C was leaking cold water, soaking the carpet under it and under the desk. They said they were sorry and asked if we wanted to change our room. We declined since we were there just for the night. They said they would "comp" our room then. We told them that was really not necessary, that we just wanted to let them know so it could be fixed (and so they would know it was not our kitties fault...they had their own litter box which they both used). But the very kind lady at the desk insisted she comp our room! Now THAT'S customer service! 5 star all the way. ?”

“I love this property, the frot desk Noreen, Charlie, and Jordan are so polite and professional. The house keepers alexius and Cynthia are always on top of these room.”

“They're alright typical redroof I haven't noticed any bugs or anything so it's cool. They do give some super thin blankets on their bed though but it's ok.”

“Truly a hidden gem. I had such a great experience staying at this location. The staff was pleasant and came in the clutch when I needed a phone charger. Definitely would stay again and recommend it’s worth checking out.Rooms: My room was clean, functional, a little dated, off track dresser drawer, chewed fridge casing, fridge buzzed all night, ac unit clinked/clacked while it was on.Nearby activities: Food lounge and bar directly across the street, delivery services nearbySafety: Felt safe here. Location take good measure to ensure safety, multiple cameras, cut off exit/entry points, locked lobby after hours escort of guestNoteworthy details: The staff truly is what sold this property. The woman that I worked with (Angela if my memory serves me correctly) was just so personable, pleasant and inviting. The morning staff was great as well. Came in the clutch when I needed a charger. “Plenty of parking, rooms are in good shape, coffee and breakfast wonderfully presented. The star of this hotel, however, is the staff. From check-in to check out every interaction I had with the staff was wonderful. I stay in hotels 30 to 40 weeks a year and I’ve never written a review like this. The cleaning staff was thorough and very courteous. The front desk staff was amazing! My reservation was not set up correctly for the length I had planned to stay and I did not realize Until the day, my reservation had me checking out. They were able to accommodate me extending my reservation And did so with wonderful customer service! In addition, I did the math wrong on how much change I would need to do laundry, and when there wasn’t change in the front desk drawer, the front desk made change for me from her own purse! Literally, every interaction I have with staff from cleaning to maintenance to the front desk has been a wonderful experience!”

One aspect that stood out to me was the excellent service provided by the especially night shift person front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Upon check-in, I was greeted with a warm smile and all my queries were addressed promptly. Additionally, throughout my stay, they were always available to assist with any requests or concerns I had. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced my overall impression of the motel.
