I just want to say that I have saved a LOT of money through their special programs, but more important is the quality of all the folks I've dealt with over the phone from this department. They have been incredibly helpful, respectful, kind and go out of their way to make things go smoothly. This is a true opinion and I'm giving it after dealing with them for over 2 years. My ex was a pharmacist and I'm well acquainted with how much pressure they must work under, and can't even put into words how much I appreciate their help.
