“I just moved here from Connecticut and I started using this store for groceries. I love it!!! The food has been fresh and people that work there are very nice!!!”
“1st time there, store was well stocked, and my checkout was great. They have self checkout!! which had me in a aww moment, because I'm from the city, and I wouldn't have thought to see such an upgrade? LOVED IT”
“I went for one thing and one thing only : SUPER DONUT. Online showed they had them available individually and it seemed too good to be true, but when I walked in, I found them near the front of the store immediately! They tasted exactly as they did when I was in grade school. They even had Super Bun - the best honeybun in school! Such nostalgia.”

“Trying to stay in my budget and it's getting hardereach week to buy groceries and gift cards each month. But every little fuel points help. If prices don't stop going up on groceries I don't know what people retired and elderly are going to do.”
“Absolutely the best food, made to order just how you want it too. The burrito I ordered was soo huge. Tacos were on point. The chef seasons the meat perfectly. I ordered steak everything. Customer service is top notch and the prices are awesome. I will be returning here… period.”
“Real neighborhood corner store. Staff is really friendly and welcoming. I’ve been living here 5 years and I’ve never had any issues. No crime. Safe and clean. Thank you!”
“Clean and neat, large and large in selection, employees were pleasant and willing to help. My issue was it took me over 30mins to never find tablecloths .i searched high and low on my own asked a customer, and then went to find employees 3separate times and all 3times i got 3 different answers..i left without a tablecloth”
“This store has cleaned up their act within the past few months. They have a lady that started about that time. Its more organized, cleaner. The staff for the most part are friendly. Some overly but it is a convenient store to my home. They have a respectable personable young manager. And he is not that guy”
“?GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ? JASON THANK U 4 ASSISTING ME 2DAY. ALSO GREAT JOB 2 MS CRISTINA @ MEMEBER SERVICES AND @ EXIT DOOR LORI CHECKING RECEIPTS. GREAT JOB 2 U ALL.. THANK U”
“This review is for the Kroger PHARMACY. I'm pretty much homebound so haven't been inside the store. I just want to say that I have saved a LOT of money through their special programs, but more important is the quality of all the folks I've dealt with over the phone from this department. They have been incredibly helpful, respectful, kind and go out of their way to make things go smoothly. This is a true opinion and I'm giving it after dealing with them for over 2 years. My ex was a pharmacist and I'm well acquainted with how much pressure they must work under, and can't even put into words how much I appreciate their help. It's something I don't run across often enough these days! Thank you, Kroger Pharmacists and staff! You're wonderful!”

“I don't use this store often and I heard an employee curse as I entered and later the same employee spoke rudely to another employee. No masks.Limited stock.”
“I would like to address some of the comments being made regarding the store’s management, as many of them do not accurately reflect what I have personally observed. The manager consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes pride in ensuring that the store operates smoothly and remains well-maintained—often exceeding the standards I have seen elsewhere.
From my perspective, she handles challenging situations with professionalism, even when faced with difficult customer interactions. For example, in a recent situation I witnessed, the concern stemmed from a misunderstanding regarding store pricing. The customer insisted that discontinued items should automatically be marked as clearance, which is not necessarily the case. Despite the confusion, the manager handled the matter appropriately with her assistant and with patience.
It’s important to recognize that retail employees and managers often deal with a wide range of customer behaviors, and they deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. A little kindness and understanding can go a long way in creating a more positive environment for everyone involved.
I encourage others to be more mindful in their interactions and to consider the challenges that come with these roles. Respect and civility should always be a priority. It is unfortunate and unfair to see inaccurate and misleading statements being shared about management here. She has a great team and from experience. The team consistently puts forth strong effort and often goes above and beyond to help and maintain a positive and well run environment.”

“The staff at this pharmacy are the BEST!! They care about you & always ask if you are doing okay after an illness. They know my name & speak before I even get to the counter. This wonderful group are the very reason I keep coming back to Walmart. Their people skills are priceless...Thank you to all that works there in this particular pharmacy......”
“One of the workers went the extra mile and went to the back to see if she had any chicken noodle soup because they were sold out on the shelf. Great customer service.”
“Went to the tire center for service and Mgr. Eric even thought the store was going thru a huge chemical spill put me in and I got another mechanic to work on all the negatives in my car and even fixed my window.... Definitely go here for your car needs !”
“Love this location especially Gary! The staff are all so helpful. Customer service is amazing and respectable. I stop by at least weekly. Items are seasonably advertised and organized. Again thanks for all that you guys do!”
“I like going to grab quick items here they workers are always friendly and helpful. Just wish they can have the contactless payment work. For Google and Apple. That would make getting in and getting out better and efficient”
“The pharmacist is friendly. The techs are very nice. It’s not the fault of the techs when insurance and doctors are giving problems…. No need to take out your frustration on them….. another plus is here they are normally truthful in telling you why they can not get your medicine filled I like honesty”
“Good location. Has many specials but some items seem overpriced. I love the app that helps you find specials. I would recommend to preplan your specials. The self check out system is not that great. Any movement you do wrong the team member has to verify if any “theft” was done. Which is great to prevent shop lifting but delays the shopping experience.”
“This location is honestly a hit-or-miss because sometimes there's just too much merchandise all over the place. Today it was in good condition there was some merchandise out but not overly packed like I have seen it before. As usual it seemed to be only one person staffed, which is not the best policy. I hate that their safety is in jeopardy because they are working the entire store, go backs, stocking, and the checkout. They're often in the back of the store working and stocking shelves and then you ring the bell up front to have them come check you out. They used to offer one self-checkout kiosk, but that seems to be closed now. They need to staff their stores better because that's not fair to overwork your employees nor is it fair to put their safety in jeopardy by having them in the store by themselves. The young lady working today was one of the most polite and friendly staff that I've ever come across at a DG. She was responsive to every customer, every time someone rang the bell she politely said be right there. When customers asked her questions, she was quick to try and help them. They (DG) need to retain her and have her train other employees, because she was just a very pleasant young lady. If this were my first visit to DG I would definitely return just because of how well she treated customers. Almost forgot, her name is Joann.
You never know what you will find at Dollar general so it is best to look around when you do visit. You can always find good deals at the end of any particular holiday or season so be sure to check the clearance aisles. You can also find your everyday staples here such as your milk, bread, crackers etc. They also have toys and gifts, packing supplies, licensed clothing, baby needs, kitchen supplies, basically they cover all the basics for a quick run in and grab something. I often wonder how in the world they pack such a small store with so much stuff lol. The prices are usually fair. Some of the same items you may find at your local dollar stores you will find for less at DG. If you check the app or the weekly circular you may find coupons and deals in there. If you shop anytime during the week you typically will receive a receipt coupon for $5 off of $25 for the Saturday of that same week.
DG should focus on keeping its stores clean and aisles free so you can shop there comfortably. And most importantly they need to staff their stores and take care of their staff in terms of paying them adequately in treating them properly.”
“The store was clean and bright. While shopping I renewed my registration for my car at the kiosk so it was very convenient. Although I really wish the state would stop charging fees to use cards when it doesn't accept cash.”
