People report to security, write down information, and staff sign the Bill. The empty box is immediately put outside after release. Everything has changed very quickly, and the staff remain very kind. The experience was great, with no issues.

Very efficient. Easy drop and hook. Both the security guard and the lady in shipping were some of the nicest and most polite people I have dealt with in 8 years of trucking.

Everything has changed very quickly, the process and they are very kind if you can park nearby, if you drop off, you release your box and they immediately put your empty box outside and that's it.
