“This customer is mostly a drop trailer for me, so I will review that process here. Come in from the road at the 2nd entrance and go to receiving around back. You check in with your bills and drivers license. Make sure and take a picture of the plates from your tractor and trailer for check in, along with your seal and company DOT#. They will return your license, give you a door and someone will come out and check your seal and cut it. They take a look then you can back in. If you are a drop, go back inside for your signed bills after you drop the trailer. If you are live you will get them after unloading. There's a clean restroom at driver check-in.”

“Once you enter, the gate receiving is on the opposite side of the building in the middle you have to be buzzed in and a girl will come get your paperwork and tell you what dock to hit the girl to come get your paperwork she is really pretty”

“3/24/25 drop & hook for me. No overnight parking. They did let me drop the trailer the night before and I was able to find BT parking at the Walmart Around 5 miles away. They do ask for a washout slip. Loaded trailers are on the other side of the building along with the shipping and handling to pick up the BOL's. No issues for me.”

What a wonderful woman, she was friendly, precise on the directions to drop AND hook and was very nice and y’all, get this, she had a smile on her face! Very rare these days to see that at a shipper/receiver! She needs to teach seminars on how to be nice to people!

“3rd entrance, all the way to the back. Go into the door athletic far in of the building by door 20 to check in. You can come in early and post up all day if you need to. I stayed from 8:30am to 12:30am midnight on a Friday with no issues. If coming to pick up, you will be here for at least 3 to 4 hours.”

“Very easy shipper!! Pull up move your tandems back walk inside shack they waiting on you and sign in. If you bring in a load you’ll drop it on the same side you came in on and go on the other side to pick up your empty and vise versa if you picking up drop empty on other side pickup load on side you came in on. You may or may not have to go inside building for your bills and you’ll be on your way. Super easy and staff is great”
