“Not to bad. Park at dock door 83 walk to the man door at 86 for check in. They have a driver bathroom inside no vending machines. Lady at desk was very nice and professional.I'm a amazon carrier. So amazon drivers need your ARN and trailer #I was 40 minutes late but had me in a door and loaded 1 hour 45 minutes. So still under 2 hours and being late not bad.”

“I showed up super late for my appointment and was told I’d be a “work in”. I was out within an hour and had no issues whatsoever. When leaving I did notice the line at the guard shack was super long and I can see why people complain about that. There’s gotta be a better way to move the check in process along quicker.”

“Very easy shipper!! Pull up move your tandems back walk inside shack they waiting on you and sign in. If you bring in a load you’ll drop it on the same side you came in on and go on the other side to pick up your empty and vise versa if you picking up drop empty on other side pickup load on side you came in on. You may or may not have to go inside building for your bills and you’ll be on your way. Super easy and staff is great”
